Big play area with everything from pickle ball courts, hockey, basketball, and a big field for soccer/football

Best Pickle Ball courts in College Station. 4 newly built with nets and viewing stands. Clean, modern, and well maintained. Great for family, couples, and seniors.

The pickleball courts are nice and everyone is very friendly

Played pickle ball on the amazing new courts. 4 courts altogether. There is a womens restroom and men's, single stall somewhat well-maintained. Playground and hockey rinks look nice.

Good, clean neighborhood with several soccer fields, two basketball courts, kids play area, and a walking trail. The soccer fields occupy the largest part of the park. The park is opposite Holleman Oaks and next to Grace Bible Church. The surroundings are relatively quiet. The church holds massive yearly event 'Big Giveaway' for incoming students here. Lacks shade though. Good for bringing kids or playing basketball and soccer. The Lemon Tree park, which has much much better walking/biking trails, is not far though.
